VENOUS2022 Preview: Science, Advocacy, and Diversity
This December 2021 issue previews VENOUS2022 with a detailed annual meeting agenda, a rundown of top submitted abstracts across superficial, deep, lymphedema, and VTE categories, and a look at new sessions on aesthetic vein treatment and diversity in venous disease. It also reports a legislative win that softened proposed 2022 Medicare cuts, though clinical labor update cuts of up to 23 percent for some venous procedures remain unresolved, and announces that AVF members approved the merger of AVF and its Foundation.
