Increasing the public awareness of Venous and Lymphatic Disease is part of AVF’s mission, and over the next few years AVF will work toward increasing educational resources for the public on the AVF website. Thanks to Dr. Robert Kistner, who has generously donated clips from his radio program Healthy Veins, Healthy Legs with Mike Buck, the AVF is able to provide entertaining, educational information about venous disease to the public. Each radio clip contains information on common venous and lymphatic issues patients may face during their lifetime.
